*-He has been involved with Washington Youth Soccer Association, which was formed in the 1970s and the first youth soccer outlet in the county, since the early 1980s.
*-As President of the WYSA, he helped nearby towns, boroughs, and surrounding areas start their own soccer clubs and organizations.
*-In 1990, he started Victory Express Soccer Club (now Victory Soccer Club), which was the first and only elite soccer club in Washington County to give higher-level players a competitive outlet to compete against other elite clubs nationwide.
*-Victory SC is one of the oldest standing competitive clubs in the PAWEST State Association.
*-Ray has served as longtime President of both the WYSA and Victory SC, as well as the Pheasant Valley Sportsman’s Club in Buffalo Township.
*-From the late 1980s though 2021, he owned and operated Victory Sports Center in Washington, Pa., one of the first brick-and-mortal stores that carried high-end soccer equipment.
*-His father, Raymond Brennen, Sr., was a 19987 soccer inductee into the Washington-Greene County Chapter of PASHOF.
