During her scholastic career at Chartiers-Houston, Timko batted .522 (155/297) with 32 home runs, 88 RBI, 20 doubles, 21 triples, 143 runs scored, 45 walks, 52 stolen bases, a 1094 slugging percentage and .667 on-base percentage.

A shortstop, she helped the Lady Bucs compile a 78-13 (.857) four-year cumulative record with four section championships, three WPIAL championships, and one PIAA state runner-up.

A four-time all-section athlete, Jaci received 2008 Players of the Year accolades from the Observer-Reporter, The Almanac, Post-Gazette, and Tribune Review, as well as being a Sports Illustrated Faces in the Crowd nominee.

Timko was a three-time All-Northeast Conference selection and the 2012 NEC Softball Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

She graduated with career school records at the time for batting average (.359) and 130 runs scored. She also remains in the school record books for hits (201), home runs (27), and RBI (92). Other career marks include 177 games played, 19 doubles, five triples, 43 walks, 23 stolen bases, and a .555 slugging percentage.

The collegiate outfielder also owned three of the program’s top 25 batting averages, including .396.as a freshman with 10 home runs in 2009.

Jaci was also a First-Team Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District selection.

The Colonials won 114 games during Timko’s playing career, including a school-record 35 victories in 2012 with a 55-22 NEC mark, including consecutive NEC regular season titles her final two years.

She joined the RMU coaching staff in 2013 for two years and helped the team win a third straight NEC regular season championship and sweep a doubleheader from nearby rival Pitt.
