• Finished 2nd as a junior in the 1963 Chartiers-Houston Christmas Tournament
• Section and Regional champion – 1964
• PIAA runner-up – 1964
• Won the Chartiers-Houston Christmas Tournament as a senior in 1964
• Section and Regional champion – 1965
• Named Outstanding Wrestler in the Section championships
• PIAA runner-up – 1965

• Undefeated as a freshman in 1966
• As a sophomore, won the ACC title at 137 lbs in 1967
• Wrestled in the NCAA tournament at Kent State University
• As a junior in 1968, wrestled in the Wilkes tournament and placed second in the Coast Guard Academy tournament
• PIAA wrestling official for 15 years
• Involved with the Chartiers-Houston Youth Wrestling Program (“Little Bucs”) for 20 years as a coach and wrestling instructor, producing 25 future WPIAL champions from 1973 to 2000
• Named as the 2005 Dr. Kurt J. Nellis Award Winner at the Dapper Dan Wrestling Classic for his dedication to the sport of wrestling
