PennWest California

Strom has been the head coach at PennWest California for 14 seasons, where she became the program’s all-time winningest coach. She led the Vulcans to 10 NCAA Tournament appearances, including a 2015 NCAA Division II National Championship. Strom guided the team to three PSAC championships and has earned PSAC Coach of the Year honors three times. She was also a two-sport star at Steel Valley High School and a standout basketball player at Penn State University.
