TED VACTOR
Ted Vactor graduated with a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska where he played in (2) Orange Bowls and (1) Cotton Bowl.
He played Defensive Back for the Washington Redskins under the rein of Vince Lombardi & George Allen including Super Bowl VII from 1969 to 1976.
During this time he also obtained his Master’s Degree in Education from Howard University.
He held the position of Assistant Athletic Director for the University of D.C. from 1976 until 1982. He left that position to become Special Teams Coach for the Washington Federals in the USFL.
Ted currently resides in Silver Spring, Md. with his wife, Stacey, and is the father of two sons and a daughter. He is owner of Ted Vactor General Supply and Cable Company in Washington, D.C.
