 1968: 1st team All WVIAC.
 1968: 2 time WVIC Defensive Player of the Week, Defensive Captain and recipient of the West Liberty “Mr. Football Award”.

 Coaching Career
 1969-70: Assistant football, wrestling and track coach in the Columbus (OH) public schools.
 1970-73: Canon-McMillan High School – Assistant football and wrestling coach.
 1973-77: West Virginia Wesleyan: Defensive Coordinator
 1977: Washington & Jefferson – Offensive line coach and Defensive coordinator.
 1977-79: Baseball coach

 All time winning coach: 122-98-6
 1980-81: First back-to-back winning seasons in school history
 1984-89: 22 game home winning streak
 1993: Big 8 conference champs – WPIAL AAA runner up
 1994: Big 8 and WPIAL AAA champs
