  • Enjoyed a 10-year professional soccer career, playing in the Major League Soccer (San Jose, Chicago & Dallas); also played for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and Charleston Battery (A-League/USL); the 1st Division Poland (Petro Plock), 2nd Division Poland (Lechia Gdansk) and in the Major Indoor Soccer League (Cleveland Force/Crunch & Kansas City Comets)

  • He was a professional coach for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds from 2010-2014

  • Mr. Evans was inducted into the first Pittsburgh Riverhounds Hall of Fame Class of July 2019

  • He was an All-American plater at Peters Township HS and earned a scholarship to Penn State

  • Mr. Evans played at Penn State for three years and then transferred to Bonaventure for his senior year where he was two-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Week and All-Atlantic10 second team

  • He was the first draft of the Pittsburgh Riverhounds and team captain in 2003. He was second in A-League in assists in 1999 in the 28-team league

  • At Peters Township, he scored 45 goals with 25 assists and was an All-State player
