WILLIAM SOLOMINSKY

Graduate of Carnegie High School and the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a BS in Education and later a MA in Education from West Virginia University. A 3-year football & wrestling letterman and wrestling team captain at Carnegie. Was a member of the University of Pittsburgh wrestling team 1960-1964. AAU Champion 1963.

After serving ten years as Assistant Varsity Wrestling Coach to Washington High School’s legendary head coach, Stanley Mousetis, (1969-1979) he became Washington’s head coach.
